You retain ownership of your data but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, process, display, and distribute the data on and through our platform.
You must have the legal right to upload and share any content you submit.
7. AI-Generated Content and Recommendations
Our platform uses AI to provide property recommendations, valuations, and insights. While we aim for high accuracy:
